    1) Define desktop publishing software 7) Add tables, bullets and numbers, sidebars, and pull quotes  
    2) Create and save a publication 8) Modify and apply a style.  
    3) Insert, resize, crop clip art and graphic images 9) Work with multiple pages.  
    4) Align, group, rotate, and layer images and clip art 10) Work with background and foreground.   
    5) Use layout and ruler guides 11) Create header and footer and page numbering  
    6) Use auto formats and wizards if available. 12) Work with frames and text overflows.
